The limestone is primarily crushed by jaw crusher

Limestone will be crushed in three crushing processes in the production of limestone aggregate. The limestone is primarily crushed by jaw crusher to less than 200mm. In secondary crushing, two impact crushers will be used to crush materials into product less than 80mm. Then the materials will be conveyed to the shaft impact crusher for tertiary crushing. The product sand will be sized down to less than 40mm. In order to separate such impurities as tree roots and soil from the coarse materials, the vibrating feeder will be available at the primary crushing workshop to screen out the impurities. To meet the need amount of the sand, we usually take 30% stone with mid-size and 50% stone with small-size from the secondary screening to make sand. Meanwhile, in order to improve the graduation of the stone with mid-size and small-size, we specially add the vertical crusher for stone crushing and shaping. This effectively improve the production quality of sand.

They are the finished products in sand making line. For those unqualified materials, the vibrating screen will return them to the sand-making machine for reproduction in closed-circuit cycles. We will mix and grade the finished product size as required by our clients. In addition, we can add a material-separator and a dust remover to the line in the case of dry production method.
